For our Swedish WTS Alliance Member Svalner, the “European Tax Awards” ended with a surprise: Svalner received the „ECJ Firm 2010“ award for its victory at the European Court of Justice in the so-called SKF case. Svalner‘s Oskar Henkow and colleagues from E+Y had represented the Göteborg-based technology corporation with more than 40,000 employees in a case about input VAT on invoices for certain consulting services – with success (C-29/08 AB SKF).
